B2B Commerce Solution
As the Creative Director for an LA-based digital consultancy, I was tasked with leading the creation of a dynamic commerce solution utilizing Insite’s commerce platform as the CMS. We delivered a solution featuring quality of life features users find valuable along with integrations of original content from their editorial team.

The main consideration for the project was the platform Insite Commerce CMS. Using this platform previously on numerous solutions, I was very familiar with the out-of-the-box functionality of integrating Insite to other CMS platforms. For this engagement, we were using Insite’s all-in-one B2B solution. The real challenge was to align the client’s goals with the platform - solving them within the parameters of what’s offered out-of-the-box.
After an onsite discovery session, we determined the MVP features and ramped up the client with the platform specifics and features. Key conversations about the cross-sell strategy and content editor workflow (along with content creation/curation) were the focus of the sessions.
We delivered a modern and responsive solution utilizing the Insite CMS and commerce platform.

Testing is good, but know when it’s time to cut it off. We need to ship.
Scope creep is REAL. Recognizing it is the first step, doing something about it is the most important step.
